Rooted in the heart of Houston’s Northside, we are here to make sure our voices are heard, our votes count, and our communities are empowered.
We educate our neighbors, organize around the issues that matter, and take action to build a better future — together.

Meet Our Founder:
Ray C. Jones
Founder & Community Leader:
A visionary and dedicated advocate for Houston’s Northside, Ray C. Jones founded Superior Waste Management in 1975, breaking barriers as a Black entrepreneur. For nearly five decades, he has uplifted his community — not only through business leadership but also through service, mentorship, and civic engagement.Jones has championed local initiatives focused on economic empowerment, youth development, and neighbourhood revitalisation. His legacy is one of action, integrity, and belief in the power of community.
